  • We advertise your property on the internet through our personal web page and Realtor.com.

  • We advertise your property in the Denton Record Chronicle and the Showcase of Homes magazine.

  • Your agent tours your property with our entire office sales team.

  • Your agent provides an Open House, if desired.

  • We respect your privacy regarding your showing requirements.

  • Your agent provides follow-up information on property showings.

  • Your agent qualifies potential buyers.

  • Your agent negotiates every offer to obtain the best possible price and terms for you.

  • Your agent prepares a Closing Statement form, showing the estimated proceeds on each offer.

  • When your property is in contract, your agent explains the closing process and assists you through it.

  • Your agent arranges help with any required repairs.

  • Your agent assists in overcoming any problems that arise.

  • Your agent goes to closing with you to assist with any problems or delays.

  • Your agent follows-up after the closing to help with any last minute details.
